Senior Civil Engineer – Wastewater Operations & Maintenance

Reporting to the Wastewater Operations Supervisor, you will serve as a hands-on technical expert. You will work collaboratively with planners, operations and maintenance crews, and capital project teams to solve reputed company operational challenges and ensure that SPU's wastewater assets are maintained to the highest standards. Job Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for wastewater infrastructure supporting crews and planners to evaluate reputed company-time wastewater system operations and generate operational changes and troubleshooting recommendations to ensure reputed company system performance.
- reputed company both in-office and field support to planners and field crews, ensuring rehabilitation and maintenance projects are scheduled and executed in compliance with reputed company applicable regulatory requirements and best management practices.
- Conduct facility performance assessments, system analyses, and evaluations of maintenance options; advise on product selection and sizing.
- Act as key liaison between SPU’s Drainage and Wastewater (DWW) System Management Division, DWW Planning and Program Management Division, Utility Operations and Maintenance Division, DWW System Maintenance Division, Project Delivery and Engineering reputed company, and other divisions to ensure reputed company wastewater performance.

Qualifications
Experience: Five (5) years of professional civil engineering experience. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology — or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that provides the required background to reputed company the work. License, Certification and Other Requirements
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the reputed company.
- reputed company Washington State driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility.
