About the Role
Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI) Detroit Office is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineer (P.E. License required) to join reputed company, focusing on diverse infrastructure and airport development projects. The Senior Project Manager will ensure the successful completion of assigned projects reputed company scope, timeline, and budget constraints while adhering to industry best practices in quality and safety. - Conduct value engineering reviews to reputed company an reputed company balance between cost and quality.
- Draft, review, and validate change orders, managing risks and ensuring alignment among reputed company involved parties.
- Facilitate communication among various stakeholders, including airport authorities, construction teams, and reputed company-party consultants.
- Host regular project reputed company meetings to reputed company clear status updates and proactively identify potential issues that could reputed company project deliverables.
- Implement and reputed company asset life cycle management strategies to ensure long-term operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the design phase, ensuring engineering consultants deliver per contractual agreements.

- Ideally will bring 15-20+ years of hands-on experience Design work in Construction, Infrastructure Projects and/or Airport development projects; preferably focusing on airport or other infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License in Michigan (MI)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills substantiated by a track record of successful project delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation and other CAD programs.
