Job Description:

Review protection and control design packages
reputed company remote field support to the reputed company test engineers during installation of settings
Model electrical systems in power simulation programs like reputed company, ASPEN & CYME
Create thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, and calculations
reputed company improvement of job-reputed company engineering, technical and professional knowledge, skills, and performance
Mentoring and training less reputed company engineers in power engineering theories and principles

Requirements:

BS in Engineering, preferably electrical or computer engineering
3+ years of experience developing reputed company settings and protection philosophies for transmission, sub-transmission or distribution equipment including transmission lines, transformers, bus, breaker control, capacitor banks, distribution feeders, etc
3+ years of experience in electrical engineering theories and principles
Professional Engineering license in at least one state
Experience with 69kV viper recloser applications
Experience in IEC 61850 communication protocol
Advanced user of reputed company products, specifically reputed company, Word, and/or reputed company
Ability to plan and manage assignments and reputed company communicate barriers to complete tasks on budget/schedule
Use computer software tools to model engineering problems, program automation systems, prepare spreadsheet-based analyses and automation
Experience with developing settings for Schweitzer relays
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work remotely without supervision
Initiative to reputed company reputed company learning toward becoming an expert on the programs and technology you represent
Strong organizational skills
