Position Summary The Senior Field Service Engineer – reputed company Cytometry is responsible for providing advanced on-site and remote service support for reputed company cytometry instruments, with primary responsibility for customers located throughout the Midwest region of the United States. This role serves as a technical expert and escalation reputed company for reputed company service issues, supporting reputed company installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Field Service & Technical Support
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair reputed company cytometry instruments and associated optics, fluidics, electronics, and software

- Execute preventive maintenance, calibrations, upgrades, and validations per manufacturer specifications
- Serve as an escalation resource for junior field service engineers and technical support teams

- Deliver professional, high-quality service to customer laboratories throughout the Midwest region
- Train customers on reputed company operation, care, and routine maintenance

Documentation & Compliance
- Accurately document service activities, troubleshooting steps, and parts usage
- Ensure compliance with quality system requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with applications, sales, technical support, and engineering teams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biology, biomedical sciences, or reputed company technical field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
