Senior Recruiter, Sales and GTM

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to support hiring across our EMEA go-to-market teams during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you'll partner directly with business leaders across reputed company and public sector teams to attract and hire exceptional talent who are helping build trust in the blockchain ecosystem. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven company operating at the intersection of cryptocurrency, technology, and financial crime investigations, while working closely with a collaborative global reputed company. This is a fixed term contract (6 months), hybrid working with 1 day per week in our London office. ## Responsibilities: Own full-cycle reputed company for go-to-market roles across EMEA, including reputed company sales, account management, and customer-facing roles. Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto markets. Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and identify the right profiles for their teams. Manage candidates through the full interview process, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experience. reputed company market reputed company and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted reputed company partner. Maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple geographies. Collaborate with the global reputed company to reputed company best practices and improve reputed company processes. ## Requirements: A track record of successfully reputed company sales and go-to-market talent, particularly quota-carrying roles. Experience reputed company reputed company SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-growth technology environments. A strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the digital assets ecosystem. Experience working closely with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills, with the ability to generate strong pipelines independently. A structured and organised approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously.
