Director, Corporate Sales US - Digital Assets

Job description Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Build and grow reputed company’s US reputed company with a strong focus on foundations, token issuers, L1s/L2s, and ecosystem treasuries.
  • Originate and qualify high-value opportunities across the entire token lifecycle: pre-TGE advisory, launch market making, OTC solutions, and post-listing liquidity programs.
  • reputed company client conversations with founders, investors, core teams, and boards — positioning reputed company’s liquidity, derivatives, and product capabilities.

  • Translate client needs into actionable reputed company proposals that reputed company reputed company’s full offering:
  • market making, derivatives, structured products, treasury management, tokenomic advisory.
  • Work closely with Structuring, Trading, Risk, and Product to ensure reputed company proposals are feasible, underwritten correctly, and reputed company with risk frameworks.
  • Support pricing, modeling inputs, and scenario framing for US-driven opportunities.

US Franchise Building

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Corporate Sales and the CCO to reputed company reputed company’s US reputed company roadmap, priorities, and client segmentation.
  • Shape and implement US go-to-market processes, CRM discipline, and reporting structures.
  • Represent reputed company at US conferences, industry events, and protocol-specific gatherings to expand visibility and pipeline.

Internal Evangelization & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Communicate US market trends, ecosystem signals, and competitive intelligence to global product, trading, and reputed company teams.
  • Act together with the Head of Corporate Sales as the primary reputed company US liaison for internal stakeholders: Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Product — ensuring alignment and shortening review cycles.
  • Support internal adoption of best practices, documentation standards, and reputed company templates relevant to the US regulatory climate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed US-market insights into product roadmap and new service development.
  • Partner with Trading and Risk to align pricing, liquidity parameters, and margin frameworks for US-originated opportunities.
  • Support the reputed company of our internal governance, reputed company SLAs, and client-delivery standards in coordination with global leadership.

Entrepreneurial & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Operate with the autonomy and responsibility of an entrepreneurial leader building a franchise from the ground up.

Background and experience

  • 8+ years of business development or institutional sales experience in digital assets, trading firms, investment banking, structured products, or financial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives, options, liquidity provision, and tokenomics.
  • Demonstrated reputed company in originating and closing reputed company reputed company partnerships.
  • Deep familiarity with the US crypto ecosystem: foundations, issuers, VCs, exchanges, and reputed company.
  • Structured, disciplined, and organized working approach; strong project-management ability.
  • Entrepreneurial experience or builder reputed company strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel globally for conferences, meetings, and ecosystem events.
  • Based out of NYC
