About the role: reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Executive Director, Market reputed company who will define and reputed company Allogene's global market reputed company strategy to support the successful launch and commercialization of its allogeneic CAR T therapies. This leader will be responsible for pricing strategy, payer engagement, reimbursement, patient support services, and distribution strategy to ensure reputed company patient reputed company and sustainable product value. Given the unique complexities of CAR T therapy, this role will play a critical part in addressing site-of-care dynamics, center-of-reputed company (COE) networks, single case agreements, and innovative payment models to reputed company broad reputed company across both academic and community oncology settings. As a key member of the reputed company organization, this role will partner closely with Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical Development, and Regulatory to shape evidence reputed company, value propositions, and reputed company strategies that support payer adoption and reimbursement. This position will play a critical role in preparing Allogene for launch and building the market reputed company infrastructure required to support a growing reputed company organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Design and implement reputed company strategies that address CAR T-specific site-of-care requirements, including academic centers, community oncology practices, and evolving outpatient delivery models
- Monitor and influence payer and government policy, including CMS and state reputed company developments, to address reputed company barriers and support patient reputed company

Position Requirements & Experience:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Pharm.D. degree in Life Sciences or reputed company field (or relevant experience)
- 15+ years of experience in market reputed company, pricing, reimbursement, or reputed company roles reputed company biotech or pharmaceutical industry, including leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing market reputed company strategy for oncology or specialty therapies, with direct experience in CAR T or cell therapy strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of CAR T reimbursement dynamics, including single case agreements, site-of-care considerations, and COE network requirements
- Experience working across both academic medical centers and community oncology settings
- Strong understanding of innovative payment models and reputed company considerations for high-cost, one-time therapies
- Knowledge of oncology clinical data and health economics to support value-based discussions
- Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth biotech environment
- Strong financial management and business acumen
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results reputed company reasonably established timelines
