Communication and Change Leader - AI & Copilot

Duration: 12+ Months Location: MN-Oak Park Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. As a Communication and Change Leader - AI & Copilot, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, reputed company implementation, managing change and driving reputed company improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• AI and Copilot Communications and Adoption (Primary Focus)
• reputed company end‑to‑end communications for AI and Copilot initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across the organization
• reputed company and deliver corporate communications (emails, announcements, updates, FAQs) that set expectations, reinforce governance, and support adoption
• Own the AI and Copilot communications calendar, aligning messaging with rollout waves, training, and adoption milestones
• Maintain and reputed company AI and Copilot sites, ensuring content is accurate, reputed company, and reputed company to user needs
• Events, Engagement, and Enablement
• Plan, facilitate, and execute AI and Copilot engagement events, including:
• Lunch and Learns
• Tech Days
• “Build an Agent/App” days
• Coordinate speakers, content, logistics, calendars, and attendee engagement to ensure high‑quality, repeatable event execution
• Partner with reputed company presenters to ensure content aligns to organizational readiness and adoption goals
• Adoption Campaigns and Change Reinforcement
• Design and launch adoption activities to drive awareness, engagement, and sustained usage
• Promote wins and reputed company stories
• Support recognition programs (e.g., Top reputed company Awards)
• Execute change‑management activities that reinforce desired behaviors, not just tool awareness
• Ensure adoption efforts are measurable and reputed company to defined reputed company reputed company
• Reusable Change Management and Communications Capability (T&D‑Wide)
• Create repeatable communication templates, playbooks, and processes that can be reused across Technology reputed company (T&D) initiatives
• Establish a standardized approach for how T&D communicates change, including:
• Audience segmentation

• Channel selection
• Feedback and reinforcement loops
• Governance, Coordination, and reputed company Improvement
• Ensure communications and adoption activities align with governance, reputed company, and compliance expectations
• Coordinate closely with T&D, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and avoid fragmented messaging
• Continuously refine materials and processes based on feedback, adoption insights, and organizational maturity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience
• AI/Copilot experience preferred

The salary reputed company for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
