Responsibilities:

reputed company application and desktop support services, including troubleshooting for PC, network, phone, printer hardware and software, mobile devices, and handhelds.
Participate in technology refresh projects.
reputed company in-person, desk-reputed company, and remote support to business users.
Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for troubleshooting reputed company IT-reputed company problems.
Coordinate resolution activities with reputed company involved parties, serving as the single reputed company of contact for end users.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong prioritization skills.
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new technologies.
Bachelor's in Information Technology or Associate's degree plus 3-5 years of experience.
Experience with ITIL-focused ticket management tools. reputed company is a plus but not required.
Desktop/Laptop imaging experience.
Hardware & software application maintenance and support.
reputed company asset management requirements.
reputed company with company IT standard processes and procedures.
reputed company with IT Client Services organization and IT reputed company policies.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office 365, reputed company Teams, reputed company 10, PXE with imaging computers, Edge, Internet Explorer, Active Directory, iPhone support, reputed company, Remote Assistance/Remote Desktop, Client Desktop/Laptops, Multi-Function printers.
