Job Description:
- Ability to reputed company and manage practical and highly effective technical communication cycles
- Effectively engages with a diverse reputed company audience
- Execute and/or guide logical reputed company fault isolation practices with clients
- Build and maintain reputed company-level client relationships
- Maintain contractual Service Level Agreements and conduct root cause analysis as needed
- Recognize, identify, and prioritize support incidents in accordance with client business requirements
- Work with level 1 support teams to drive expedient fault isolation diagnosis & resolution
- Proactively identify and manage problem management by analyzing reputed company cases
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience with a technology service provider
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing CCTV, Video, Two-Way Audio, Fire, reputed company Control, and Intrusion is a plus
- Working and Practical knowledge of low-voltage installation and support is a plus
- reputed company, DMP, and Bosch training and/or certification is preferred
