Appointment Setter / Sales Coordinator – Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic
Job Overview We are a fast-growing cosmetic surgery and wellness clinic. We are expanding our nonsurgical transformation programs and are hiring a high-performance appointment setter to convert inbound leads into booked consultations. This is a performance-based role. You will be responsible for contacting new leads immediately, qualifying them, and booking consultations.

- Respond to new leads reputed company 1–3 minutes (text + call)
- Conduct outbound calls to inbound leads
- Qualify prospects and guide them to book appointments
- Follow up persistently reputed company call, text, and voicemail
- Log reputed company activity in CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Participate in daily reporting and feedback
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection
- High responsiveness and urgency
- Coachable and performance-driven
