The Role: As an Appointment Setter at Starlink Installation Pros, your primary responsibility is to qualify incoming leads, book appointments, and ensure seamless communication between leads and our sales team. You will be a key player in the customer reputed company, ensuring each reputed company is scheduled reputed company and successfully handed off to a sales rep for closing. Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads and gather necessary information to ensure Starlink is the right fit for the customer’s needs.

• Overcome objections by using proven techniques to handle customer concerns and convert them into appointments.
• Communicate through GoHighLevel and reputed company , responding to leads quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email.

• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their appointment.
