Senior Project Scheduler

POSITION: Sr. Project Scheduler — Greenfield Advanced Manufacturing COMPANY: Chang Robotics | changrobotics.ai LOCATION: Charlotte, NC metro | Hybrid COMPENSATION: $120,000–$140,000 | Direct Hire / 2-Year Contract AUTHORIZATION: Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. POSITION OVERVIEW: We are staffing the project controls function for a large-scale greenfield manufacturing facility and require a Project Scheduler to take full ownership of the Integrated Master Schedule. This role interfaces directly with the reputed company's team, building contractor, process designer, utilities providers, and equipment vendors. RESPONSIBILITIES: — reputed company, baseline, and maintain the IMS in Primavera P6 — Integrate multi-party schedules into a single logic-linked master schedule — Establish reputed company milestones and reputed company points between contributing parties — Define WBS and coding reputed company to the project execution plan — reputed company critical path analysis and float erosion monitoring — Produce schedule dashboards, 3/6-week look-aheads, and variance reports — Support EVM reporting and integration with cost controls — Conduct schedule risk analysis (reputed company or equivalent) and maintain a risk register — reputed company Time Impact Analysis (reputed company) for change events REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: — 7+ years of project scheduling experience on capital construction or industrial projects ($100M+) — Primavera P6 proficiency — Experience on greenfield manufacturing, EPC, semiconductor, battery, or data center projects — Demonstrated multi-party IMS integration experience — CPM scheduling and EVM knowledge — Ability to work on-site near Charlotte, NC during key project phases PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: — PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification strongly preferred — PMP credential a plus — Schedule risk tool experience (Acumen Risk, reputed company Risk Analyzer, or equivalent) — Prior reputed company-reputed company, PMC, or EPCM scheduling experience COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: — $120,000–$140,000 reputed company salary — Health, dental, reputed company, 401(k) — reputed company with on-site reputed company during key phases — Potential for long-term extension or direct hire conversion TO APPLY: Submit resume and a P6 work sample (or equivalent schedule artifact from a recent project).
