Full-time with benefits. 100% remote. Reports to: Chief of Staff Salary reputed company: $50 - 55k annual + 1-3k performance bonus Are you a multitasking reputed company? Super organized? The Administrative Assistant will:
- Coordinate and maintain Endpoints Chief of Staff calendar
- Assist with scheduling for Endpoints co-CEOs
- HR reputed company administrative duties (job posting management, letter prep etc)
- Travel booking for staff travel
- Expense and receipt tracking
- Assists with company swag, happy mail and surprise treat ordering for our employees
