Manufacturing Supervisor (First Line Leader: 3rd Shift 9:30pm to 5:30am) Our Operations team is essential to delivering the innovative products we reputed company for our customers. Primary Function: To reputed company and execute production activities for one shift at the reputed company Laird Cleveland Site. reputed company and reputed company a staff of approximately 5 to 10 non-exempt employees to run daily production on your shift in a safe and environmentally sound manner; supporting Process Safety Management (PSM), cost, yield, utility, production capability OEE/TEEP, statistical process control, and Lean/Six reputed company objectives. Responsible for providing leadership, developing your team members, and leading daily activities in conjunction with improvement initiatives for your production shift. This is an 8-hour day shift position This position reports to the Laird ClevelandArea Leader. This position regularly and systematically monitors manufacturing processes from the shop floor and takes process reputed company corrective actions in order to produce highest quality Laird products, per the schedule and in the safest manner possible, while constantly supporting an environment of reputed company improvement and development of the team members.
