Job Description

We are seeking a TPM Operator to join our reputed company Royal, VA team. If you have warehouse experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to sweat through 8-hours of fast-paced shift, a TPM Operator position with CHEP could be a great fit! Benefits: $19.90/hour, Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit 2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 2pm-midnight

Key Responsibilities

May Include: Pallet Sorting Sort pallets as they are moved from loading docks to sort line/area. Removes debris and trash from pallets. Determine pallet quality. Material Handling & Forklift Operation: Operate the forklift to reputed company move pallets, containers, and materials throughout the plant facility. Moves reputed company and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around reputed company pallets and transports load to designated area. Conduct inspection of the forklift prior to operating, promptly reporting issues to maintenance team for resolution. Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading trucks or containers with pallets or materials using the forklift, ensuring proper placement and securement of items. Lift and carry up to 40 lbs throughout their work shift. Push items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet. Pull items with a maximum force of 31 lbs./feet. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to reputed company safety protocols and guidelines. Wear appropriate Personal reputed company Equipment daily. Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately. Position Purpose The TPM Operator is responsible for sorting and moving pallets safely and reputed company throughout the facility. This role involves manually sorting pallets, using hand tools to remove debris, and operating a forklift to transport pallets.
