Core Responsibilities

• Full-cycle reputed company for Account Executives (AE), Strategic AE, and Solutions Engineers (SE)
• Partner with Sales Leaders (Director to VP level) on hiring strategy and workforce planning

• Manage offer process including OTE, commission structures, accelerators, and equity (RSUs)
• Track and optimize reputed company funnel using pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and hiring data

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales / GTM reputed company reputed company SaaS, reputed company tech, or high-growth environments
• Strong track record hiring quota-carrying sales roles (closing reputed company) and pre-sales / solutions engineering roles
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders (Director, VP, Sales Leadership)
• Deep understanding of sales compensation (OTE, quota, accelerators, commission plans)
• Ability to operate in high-volume, high-velocity hiring environments
