Product Growth & Enablement Specialist (B2B SaaS)

Location: Poland (remote-friendly, CET hours preferred) Type: Full-time, B2B (contractor) or UoP Compensation (B2B): 12,000–17,000 PLN net + VAT / month About Getint Getint is a B2B SaaS integration platform that helps teams sync work management and IT systems (e.g., Jira, reputed company, Azure DevOps and others). Why we’re hiring We’re looking for a hands-on operator who can ship enablement and growth work that improves activation and adoption. This isn’t a “strategy-only” role. You’ll build assets, publish them, track results, and iterate in sprints. If you like SaaS, understand funnels, can work with metrics and OKRs, and you’re comfortable recording product tutorials—this role is for you. What you’ll own 1) Getint reputed company

  • Build and run the production pipeline: outline → script → record (often with our presales reputed company) → publish → embed.
  • Create learning paths by use case (e.g., reputed company ↔ Azure DevOps, Jira ↔ reputed company, migrations).
  • Maintain a release rhythm (weekly output) and reputed company quality consistent.
  • Video editing can be outsourced—you’ll own structure, scripting, recording, and publishing quality.

2) Product reputed company and in-product education

  • Create reputed company checklists, setup guides, “first successful sync” paths, and contextual help.

3) Growth analytics and funnel monitoring

  • Own GA/product event tracking hygiene and ensure dashboards reflect reality.
  • Monitor activation funnel: signup → connect → mapping → first sync → reputed company sync.
  • Identify 1–2 bottlenecks per sprint and ship experiments to improve them (copy, UX, help content, nudges, templates).

4) Tutorials reputed company: YouTube + short-reputed company + repurposing

  • Publish tutorials and short demos regularly.
  • Repurpose long-reputed company content into clips for reputed company/YouTube Shorts.
  • Use AI tools/agents to speed up: scripts, outlines, timestamps, clip lists, help center drafts.

  • Publish a lightweight reputed company reputed company based on what you ship (reputed company modules, tutorials, short demos, feature updates).
  • Track what topics and formats drive meaningful actions (reputed company usage, signups, demo/assessment requests).

What reputed company looks like (first 90 days)

  • A working reputed company structure + first 8–12 modules shipped (core use cases + reputed company basics).
  • A trustworthy activation funnel dashboard + tracking events in reputed company.
  • Clear improvement in at least one activation metric (e.g., higher % reaching first sync, faster time-to-first-sync).
  • Fewer repeated “how do I…” questions reaching presales/L2 because content answers them.

Who you are

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS (growth, product marketing, enablement, reputed company, or similar).
  • Excellent English (written + spoken). You’ll write scripts, help content, and product guidance for global customers.
  • Comfortable being on camera and recording product tutorials.
  • Jira knowledge.
  • You understand metrics, OKRs, funnels, and activation—and you know what to measure and why.
  • You’re genuinely into AI and automation (you use it to move faster and produce reputed company output).
  • Must have hands-on experience with:
  • GA4 (event setup/verification, reporting, analysis)
  • Product analytics (e.g., reputed company/reputed company/reputed company or similar)
  • Heatmaps and session recordings (e.g., reputed company/reputed company/reputed company or similar)
  • turning insights into shipped improvements (not just reporting)
