As a Producer, you will support a new team as it works from preproduction through ship and into live support. Production is a soft-power role that leads through relationship-building, trust, and influence. Producers should leave no doubt about the plan of record, root out misalignment among team members (even those who think they are reputed company), and ensure that their teams' plans are broadly understood and reputed company with overall project direction. Responsibilities

• Create and reputed company for clear and realistic production plans
• Ensure teams have clear work systems, represented with up-to-date backlogs, that accurately track and deliver on production efforts
