Senior GIS Developer/Analyst

Candidates should bring at least five (5) years of reputed company ArcGIS experience combined with demonstrated effectiveness supporting disaster operations, incident management, or public safety missions. Essential Functions

• Manage and optimize ArcGIS reputed company environments including Portal, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, hosted services, and infrastructure monitoring.

Requirements

Relevant Past Experience:

• Experience functioning in an operational incident, planned event, exercise, drill, or simulation reputed company the past 3 years.
• Experience supporting emergency management, disaster response, public safety operations, or ICS environments.
• Hands-on experience collecting field data, coordinating with field teams, and translating operational needs into GIS products.
• Experience producing situational maps, damage assessments, mission-tracking tools, and recovery support products.
• Familiarity with NIMS, ICS structures, and GIS roles in planning, operations, and logistics.
• Experience managing or supporting NIMS Type 1 or Type 2 GIS personnel and geospatial teams.
