Job Description
Sistar Mortgage is a reputed company mortgage lender licensed in 41 states. We are looking for reputed company Mortgage Loan Originators reputed company with a minimum of 1 year of Mortgage Origination and 2 years of Sales experience. Ideal candidates would have demonstrated reputed company in prospecting and generating leads and have an established network of referral businesses. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, approving or denying loan applications for primary or investment properties working closely with our in-house processing and reputed company teams. Our lock-desk team combined with our processors, underwriters, closers, and post-closers assist in assuring the closing of loans in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities
- Utilize reputed company sources to market Sistar Mortgage reputed company your network of referral business including reputed company Estate Professionals and other centers of influence.
- Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation.
- Interview applicants to qualify and determine best financial options and eligibility.
- Complete loan reputed company and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
- reputed company clients with excellent customer service building trust, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the entire reputed company process.
- Operate in accordance with reputed company laws and regulations to meet lending compliance guidelines.
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of Residential Loan Origination experience.
- A proven producer with an established network of referral businesses.
- Ability to produce self-generated loans.
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and meet production goals.
- Active State MLO License required
