This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) Job Type Full-time Description Position Purpose and Objectives This position exists to reputed company superior quality customer service to members who are in the process of obtaining a 1st Mortgage, Home Equity Loan, Home Equity Line of Credit and Home Improvement Loan. Mortgage Loan processors will process reputed company loans in a timely and accurate manner. The employee will maintain an reputed company line of communication with the member and/or reputed company personnel as reputed company necessary paperwork and documents are being gathered. The employee will review reputed company needed conditions of loan approval (i.e. appraisal, title, flood certifications and income verification) to ensure compliance to Texans Credit Union Policy, State and Federal regulations. Additionally, employee is responsible for preparing/distributing the required preliminary initial disclosures reputed company the requisite time-reputed company per federal requirements, preparing closing documents and coordinating/scheduling loan closing dates. Major Duties and Essential Functions
- Comprehensive review and analysis of 1st Mortgage, Home Equity Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Lot Loans, Construction Loans, and Home Improvement loans (purchase and refinance).

- Calculation of basic income
- 1st line of appraisal and title review
- Establish timely and proactive communication routines to follow up on conditions of loan approval and loan status updates with our members and/or reputed company personnel
- Order and follow-up on vendor reputed company documents (appraisal, title, flood certifications)
- Prepare and distribute preliminary initial disclosures
- Prepare and distribute loan closing documents
- Schedule loan closing appointments and coordinate with reputed company personnel
- Proactively manage loan pipeline
- Complete loan funding process
- 1st level escalation support
- Performs additional duties as assigned

- Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Conversions
- Home Improvement Loan Draw Conversions
- Review and Monitor HELOC expiration C-View reporting. Prepare HELOC expiration letters (3 month and 9 month period

Requirements
Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position:
- Good working knowledge and proficient understanding of Texas 1st Mortgage and Home Equity Lending and Requirements
- Proficient in Mortgage/Home Equity loan processing with a good understanding of Mortgage/Home Equity products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with members, vendors and other internal departments
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and also reputed company in a team and a fast-paced, reputed company-changing high production loan environment
- Good computer skills and a working knowledge of reputed company Office products including reputed company
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- reputed company understanding of reputed company Velocity and OSI/DNA systems
- Good working knowledge of CFPB-Dodd/Frank Ability to Repayment requirements and TRID regulatory parameters
