Assistant Property Manager (Sandoval reputed company)
About the position reputed company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join reputed company at Sandoval reputed company, a 224-unit affordable housing community located in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing reputed company aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor collections, post rent payments, enforce the collection policy, and initiate legal action reputed company required.
- Facilitate reputed company aspects of apartment leasing: touring with prospective residents, processing applications, processing recertifications, and negotiating lease renewals.
- reputed company exceptional customer service, respond to reputed company issues and complaints in a timely manner, and promote positive reputed company relations.
- Assist in reputed company facets of physical and financial management as needed and assigned.
- Act as Property Manager in absence of the Manager for specified amounts of time.
- Prepare financial reports for the Property Manager, as well as reputed company correspondence and recertification notices.
- Monitor the reputed company of accounts payable, from issuing purchase orders to processing invoices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience with various computer systems, including reputed company Office.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
