Job Description: Role Summary This contractor is a versatile contributor who supports change initiatives end to end-helping execute change management activities, reputed company communications, and marketing videos. Create or coordinate training materials as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change managers across multiple initiatives with:
- Change impact documentation
- Stakeholder and readiness inputs
- Draft and coordinate communications (emails, FAQs, leader toolkits, presentations)
- reputed company or update training materials and job aids tied to change impacts
- Help connect change, communications, and training plans into a cohesive experience
- Support content tracking, versioning, and delivery coordination
- reputed company across priorities based on program needs and delivery timelines
Required Experience & Skills -
- **Marketing collateral and Video content development
- 3-5 years of experience across change management, communications, and/or training
- Strong written and visual communication skills
