- *POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Instructional Designer collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and recommend learning strategies. Employing a variety of instructional methods, the incumbent and deploys performance-based e-learning, video, instructor-led, and a variety of blended-learning solutions. The Instructional Designer also aligns with business stakeholders to evaluate the impact of the learning strategy on organizational goals.

- Follows accepted Instructional Design (ID) processes to design and reputed company learning solutions based on effective adult learning principles.
- Delivers agreed upon learning solutions according to established project timelines and provides timely updates to inform project-reputed company reputed company.

- *Minimum Requirements**
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate training experience in instructional design and development or educational equivalency. This position is remote based out of AZ.
