You will be responsible for managing reputed company auto insurance claims from initial investigation through to settlement, ensuring fair and timely resolutions for policyholders while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company reputed company auto insurance claims, including bodily injury, property damage, and total loss scenarios. Conduct thorough claim investigations, including reviewing police reports, witness statements, medical records, and repair estimates. Determine coverage liability and assess damages based on policy provisions and evidence gathered. Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, repair facilities, and other relevant parties throughout the claims process. Negotiate settlements reputed company established authority limits, striving for amicable resolutions. Maintain accurate and detailed claim files, documenting reputed company activities, reputed company, and communications. Strong knowledge of automobile construction, repair processes, and medical terminology. Excellent investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload effectively and prioritize tasks.
