Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid/Remote Position | This position begins with required in-office training. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule. - Serve as a liaison between our firm and the SSA
- Track and verify claim statuses
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in case records
- Monitor deadlines and prepare correspondence
- Maintain accurate and organized case documentation
- Support administrative and case management tasks as needed
