Opportunity for Impact We are seeking dedicated NPs to join our growing team at Auxira. In this role, you will reputed company remote cardiovascular care to patients on behalf of our clients, working closely with their physicians and clinical teams across multiple geographies and offices reputed company a virtual medicine practice. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients, ensuring seamless coordination of care, top-of-license service, and reputed company patient reputed company. As an NP, you will be at the forefront of transforming cardiovascular care care models for our clients, through telehealth. Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth services in collaboration with our clients’ physicians to manage low-reputed company cardiovascular disease patients across the nation.
• reputed company virtual patient assessments, coordinate care, and monitor patient reputed company remotely.
• Collaborate with in-office clinicians and staff at our client practices to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize technology platforms and workflows designed to optimize patient care delivery and streamline workloads for our clients' clinicians.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient encounters in electronic medical records (EMRs), in line with our client practices' standards.

Professional Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed to practice in at least two of the following: Maryland, D.C., Virginia.
• Medicare and reputed company enrollment and DEA Number.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an NP in cardiovascular care or reputed company fields, ideally with outpatient clinic experience.
• Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring.
