• Excellent position for an reputed company Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist.
• Conducts biopsychosocial assessment that includes identification of the client’s strengths and needs.
• Employs appropriate therapeutic interventions (Trauma Informed, reputed company and/or Psychodynamic) to reputed company mutually agreed upon goals through a variety of modalities such as individual, couple, family and group treatment on a crisis, short term, or long term reputed company.
• Provides services in person and through telehealth.
• Collaborates on behalf of the client with other disciplines reputed company the treatment team, department, and agency as well as with representatives of community agencies and resources.
• Consistently meets service reputed company expectations and ensures highest quality level of care.
• Documents client treatment and services reputed company Electronic Health Record system
• Responsible for maintaining the privacy of client protected health information.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collects biological, psychological and reputed company data and information about the client’s present situation and past history of functioning. From this data, evaluates and develops a biopsychosocial assessment that includes identification of the client’s strengths and weaknesses.
