Position Overview: We’re looking for a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider and Approved Supervisor designations (LPC-MHSP-S) to join reputed company in Middle Tennessee. In this role, you will work directly with clients and reputed company supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, create treatment plans, reputed company therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.

• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with LPC-MHSP-S licensure and supervisor training.
• Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries.
• Comfortable working with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.
