Job Summary The Pre-Litigation Case Manager is a key role responsible for managing personal injury cases from the initial client intake through the pre-litigation phase. This position involves working closely with clients, legal teams, and external parties to ensure efficient case progression and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication:
• * Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase
• Communicate regularly with clients to reputed company case updates, gather information and address inquiries.
• Case Evaluation:
• * Conduct detailed reviews of personal injury cases to assess liability, damages, and potential legal strategies.

• Document Management:

• Insurance Communication:
