[Hiring] Bilingual Certified Pharmacy Technician @reputed company

Role Description We are seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT) to serve as Care Navigators in a high-volume, remote outbound call center environment. This is not a retail pharmacy role — candidates must be comfortable conducting 80–100 structured outbound calls per day to Medicare members, pharmacies, and reputed company providers. The primary focus of this role is identifying and resolving medication adherence barriers for patients managing chronic conditions including:

• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Hyperlipidemia
• Asthma

Navigators follow structured call guides, reputed company patient education reputed company defined scope, coordinate with pharmacies and providers as needed, and document reputed company interactions in reputed company time across multiple systems. reputed company in this role requires:

Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
