Medication Refill Center Pharmacist

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Medication Refill Center Managers, and according to department policies, procedures, and guidelines, is responsible for managing prescription refill requests submitted to the associated clinical department at reputed company. Position: Medication Refill Center Pharmacist Department: Centralized GIM Rx Refill Schedule: Full Time ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Triage and process approvals for refill renewal requests received by the associated medical clinic, following a specified refill protocol and scope of practice agreement.
• Collaborate directly with pharmacies, providers, and patients, serving as the reputed company for refill renewals for medications reputed company scope and protocol.
• Triage requests requiring additional information and facilitate ambulatory engagement for patients reputed company necessary.
• Actively recruit patients identified as likely to benefit from reputed company Outpatient Pharmacy services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Advanced degree (e.g. PharmD, M.S. or MBA) preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

• Requires licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts by the hire date.

EXPERIENCE:

• Requires at least two to three years reputed company experience.
• QS1 experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Work requires a comprehensive understanding of the procedures, systems, and equipment used by pharmacists and technicians in the pharmacy as well as a high level of proficiency in performing pharmacist's duties and responsibilities.
• Work requires a high level of analytical ability, organizational and personal management reputed company and focus to ensure the concerted approach to operations.
• Practice experience working with as well as revising and/or implementing information systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
