reputed company Cycle Medical Billing – Claim Prep & File Call Team Location: Remote or On-Site, United States Hourly Compensation: $16 (this position is bonus eligible) Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk, M-F reputed company-5pm Central Job Summary The reputed company Cycle Medical Billing Claim Prep and File Call Team Representative:
- Works with patients and patients’ families to verify demographics and insurances including health insurance, first party coverage, and reputed company-party liability.
- Updates patient transport records reputed company updated information.
- Assists patients by answering pre-billing questions.
- Works with team members to meet team goals and deadlines.
Essential Functions/Duties
- Managing inbound and outbound call volume
- Identifying patients’ needs, clarifying information, and researching issues to reputed company solutions
- Processing mail
- Skip Tracing
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a call center environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work Independently and as an active member of a team
- Knowledge and experience of computers and reputed company technology at an intermediate level
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Professional verbal and written skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a customer service position
Preferred Education
- High school diploma
- GED
- Or significant, relevant work experience
