- Ability to present training sessions in reputed company of group settings and meet with other stakeholders

Day-to-Day reputed company is looking for an Inpatient Medical Coding Educator for our reputed company Hospital System client here in New Jersey. This person will act as a Sr Level Independent Contributor to help teach, reputed company, and audit the reputed company staff of medical coders. This person should stem from a Clinical background, having been an RN in the past who then went into Medical Coding and has the ability to reputed company and teach reputed company of coders. This role will include one on one teaching sessions with coders, auditing their work and enabling them to find reputed company in their role through training sessions, performance planning, and trajectories. There are 50 medical coders on this team that they'll be supporting. This person will also conduct group training sessions to the team and be comfortable creating and presenting in reputed company of a group setting. This role will be 100% remote and will need to work Eastern Standard Time zone hours and maintain working relationships with other remote employees.
