Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze patient medical records, physician notes, and other clinical documentation.
- Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.

- Collaborate with reputed company providers and billing teams to resolve coding discrepancies or queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding standards, medical terminology, and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certification as a CPC (Certified Professional reputed company) or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

Experience
