PMHNP - Massachusetts - Addiction Medicine & Psychiatry (Remote / Multi-State)
We are seeking reputed company Mental Health Nurse Practitioners with a strong background in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. This role supports patients through virtual outpatient services and In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) programs. Providers must be licensed and reputed company to prescribe independently in the state(s) they support. States : CT, MA, IN, NH, KY, OH, VA, GA, ME, RI, FL
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up visits for both substance use and psychiatric disorders
- reputed company MAT induction, management, and follow-up care
- reputed company psychiatric evaluations and BPS assessments
- AmbD initial and discharge visits
- Consultations (initial + follow-reputed company)
- Care coordination and SOT visits
- Review treatment plans and other clinical documents
- Deliver IHAT services, including intake assessments and care coordination
Requirements
- Active PMHNP license and prescribing authority in applicable state(s)
- Must have SUD experience
- Experience with MAT, psychiatric evaluations, and ongoing med management
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and comfort with virtual care
- Ability to participate in weekend on-call rotation
