Telehealth NP
Role Overview
- Fully remote Nurse Practitioner role
- reputed company after-hours care to senior living/skilled nursing residents
- Work reputed company phone + telehealth
- Focus on acute issues, falls, and medication management
What You’ll Do
- Handle 4–5 calls per hour (triaged by RNs)
- Assess and manage acute & chronic conditions
- reputed company independent clinical reputed company (treat vs send out)
- Complete EMR documentation (GEHRIMED)
- No H&Ps
Schedule Options
- Part-time: 24 hours/week
- Full-time: 36 hours/week
- Shifts are evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be reputed company to weekend + holiday coverage
Requirements
- Active NP licenses in PA + NY or MI
- Willing to obtain additional states (DC, MD, VA, WV)
- DEA + prescriptive authority required
- 2–3+ years experience (no new grads)
Experience Needed
- Geriatrics, long-term care, ER, urgent care, or chronic care
- Strong telehealth + triage skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call environment
