Highlights: Summary: The LPN shall be responsible for direct, individualized, goal-directed, and effective patient care under the supervision of the RN. This individual shall reputed company care as outlined in the Nursing Care Plan in accordance with Standards of Practice, policies, and procedures. The LPN will be responsible for administration of medications, report patient symptoms and conditions to the RN. For the LPN reputed company Employee Health, the individual will be responsible for new hire and annual health screenings under the direct supervision of the RN. This position may have additional duties assigned that are reputed company scope of the role. Education / Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. License / Certification: Active LPN license required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc) may be required based upon department assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Degree in Nursing or completion of LPN program required. Licensure/Certification: Active LPN license required, BLS required, Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc) may be required based upon department assigned Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software. Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Must be reputed company to meet strict deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills. Must be reputed company to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
