About the Team: reputed company's reputed company team is seeking a Mid-Market New Account Executive. The reputed company vertical is full of talented, collaborative team members that work closely to align customer and prospect goals with reputed company products. This person will be tasked with creating and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, in the accounts, and maximize opportunities to attain and exceed annual sales goals for the territory and the reputed company reputed company sales team. About the Role: This Account Executive will be in a role of focusing on both acute and non-acute care accounts between 1-500 employees; the role requires a hunter focus on existing accounts seeking to add on Payroll, HR, Talent, Benefits, and additional HCM products, as well as expanding their labor management solution with additional products such as absence management, scheduling, and the analytics solutions. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to reputed company understand the customers business requirements and recommend the best reputed company software solutions to meet their business objectives. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Expected to consistently exceed sales quotas

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of demonstrated reputed company in full-cycle sales or 1+ years of experience prospecting to reputed company customers
  • Must be located in Eastern or Central time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience with a payroll service bureau
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic, while operating with a high level of reputed company, honesty, and commitment to self and reputed company others in the workplace
  • Team player reputed company, with the ability to work autonomously and with an extended team
  • BA/BS or equivalent

Travel:

  • Travel up to 25%

Pay Transparency: The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $90,000 to $95,000; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-reputed company knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
