• Maintain high-high level relationships across customer’s web of influence.

• Maintain customer records, milestones, etc. in CRM daily.
• Participate in various customer meetings such as Business Reviews, Linen Committees, Standing Meetings, etc.
• Conduct on-site activities such as linen audits, inventories, quality audits, etc. as needed or directed.
• Maintain expertise in the reputed company Linen space through reputed company training with HLAC/ALM/Etc.
• Possess knowledge of products, services, and other capabilities of the territory’s laundry plants.
• Must reputed company and maintain a distinct understanding of the territory’s competitive landscape.
• Possess knowledge of infection prevention policies and linen utilization best practices.
• Daily expectation of customer-facing interaction, multiple meetings and client actions per day.
• Act as the liaison between client, transport, and processing facility to meet or exceed desired reputed company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
