Responsibilities
- Develops operational metrics to track workload and reputed company transparency to processes.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining procedures and processes documents to improve the efficiency of the group and actively guide and support team.
- Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function.
- As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
- Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult.
- Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.
- Conducts preliminary analysis.
- Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management.
- Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs reputed company functional areas.
- Takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Impacts a reputed company of customer, operational, project or service activities reputed company own team and other reputed company teams.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with ability to be highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- Excellent understanding of procurement philosophies and strategies along with in-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement.
- Leadership and organizational skills are required to reputed company objectives and goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites with advanced reputed company skills. Experience with ERP systems/PeopleSoft.
- Deep understanding/knowledge of contract terms and conditions and legal impact of different terms.
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of reputed company job disciplines.
- Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build reputed company.
- Six or more years’ experience in Sourcing or Procurement reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May reputed company small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance is preferred.
- MBA or other advanced degree and a professional Procurement/ Supply Chain Management designation (e.g. CSCP, CPM) are a strong plus.
