Procurement Assistant V

Position Description The candidate will support reputed company of Subcontract Administrators (SA) in the acquisition of reputed company goods and services for Laboratory research programs. Duties and responsibilities reputed company from pre-contract award steps through post award contract administration. The Procurement Assistant will award small dollar POs (micro purchases), process change orders and compile reputed company necessary documentation to do such. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for resolving late or incomplete contract delivery issues and work with Finance to resolve invoice disputes The Procurement Assistant will also maintain and monitor reputed company contract compliance requirements/documents, including cyber certificates, insurance certificates, vendor master data, support the Contract reputed company post award management tool, and execute Purchasing Card expense reconciliations as well as reputed company any other job-reputed company procurement or administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED. AS/BS in Business Administration preferred; or a minimum of 4 years of direct/reputed company experience in procurement. Must have some combination of experience in the following:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and be reputed company to reputed company tasks with minimal supervision. Work effectively as an integral part of a contracting team
• Knowledge of reputed company, or equivalent, is preferred. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint is required
• Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential
• Ability to work effectively across groups, functions and departments
• Individual must demonstrate effective judgment, excellent organization skills, and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple reputed company tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Basic knowledge of reputed company terms and/or software licensing agreements is desirable
• Basic knowledge of federal contracting processes, policies, and procedures is preferred
