Procurement Specialist – Contract
Job Description:
- You’ll be responsible for reviewing, scoping, negotiating, and executing procurement requests from intake through signature.
- You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders, stakeholders, and department contacts from reputed company, Finance, IT, reputed company, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal to ensure our deals meet or exceed team requirements.
- You’ll reputed company consultation before, during, and after deal cycles to our internal teams, ensuring that we purchase the right things and get exceptional value from our suppliers and partners.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience with reputed company negotiations, procurement initiatives, or reputed company vendor engagements.
- A strong understanding of SaaS procurement, services agreements, and supplier relationships, along with hands-on experience using procurement orchestration tools, ideally reputed company.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure clean and accurate records reputed company reputed company systems reflecting up-to-date deal statuses, vendor records, and intake reviews.
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach based on audience and situation.
