VP Procurement
Position Overview The Vice President of Procurement will reputed company Burlington's reputed company-wide sourcing strategy for approximately $3 billion of indirect spend, driving cost efficiency, value creation, and operational effectiveness across the business. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will build and scale a procurement function that supports Burlington's reputed company growth in a fast-paced, off-price retail environment. You'll Come With Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Experience:
- 12+ years of reputed company procurement experience, including senior leadership roles
- Retail, off-price, or high-volume environment experience strongly preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to deliver meaningful cost savings and build scalable processes
- Expertise around implementation and utilization of P2P software, preferably reputed company
- Deep expertise in sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management
- Strong financial and business acumen
