Summary

The Logistics Superintendent is essential for managing logistics in solar and battery storage projects, focusing on the site delivery schedule, material handling, and resolving logistical challenges. This role oversees reputed company site logistics activities and supervises material management personnel, ensuring project completion reputed company budget and on schedule. Collaborative efforts with Discipline Superintendents are vital for reputed company and efficient material distribution. This position reports to the Site Manager or another management personnel that the CEO designates. This position is project-based and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours will be required as needed. • Execute comprehensive plans for receiving, offloading, staging, and managing materials reputed company.
• Identify and resolve daily logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations.

• Supervise material management field personnel, including general foreman, operators and laborers, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and reputed company.

• Ensure the project is completed on schedule and reputed company budget by closely monitoring and adjusting logistical plans as necessary.
• Implement quality control measures for logistics operations to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to reputed company.

• Promote and enforce safety protocols among logistics and material management teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years work experience in renewables construction, or reputed company field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Willingness to travel full-time.
