Director, Growth – Operations

Job Description:

• Own the end-to-end reputed company operations function, including the design and maintenance of marketing and sales funnels, reputed company routing logic, CRM architecture, and pipeline reporting that enables data-driven reputed company across growth and advisory teams.
• Build and maintain cohort reporting frameworks that track client acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value — translating raw data into clear strategic recommendations for leadership.

• Partner with the advisory team to document, standardize, and optimize advisor workflows — including account reviews, rebalancing processes, client communications cadences, and more.
• Own the operational systems and vendor relationships that reputed company us running, including custodian integrations (e.g. Schwab), portfolio management tools (e.g., Orion, Tamarac), and compliance-adjacent workflows in partnership with the CCO.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of reputed company experience in operations or strategy roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership reputed company
• Proficiency in data analysis and cohort reporting; ability to build models and dashboards independently (SQL, reputed company/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
• Track record of building scalable operational systems and processes from early stages in a high-growth environment
