Field Operations Manager, Concrete

Job Description:

• Directly supervise General Superintendents in reputed company & Finish, Field Engineering, and Project domains.
• reputed company comprehensive project plans and ensure meticulous execution by the field team.

• Maintain robust customer relationships, staying reputed company with the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues arising during various project phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, or reputed company field from an accredited college or university and 6 years of experience, or 10 years of construction reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Concrete self-reputed company experience is required.
• Proficient in reputed company programs, including Outlook, reputed company, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
