Location is flexible reputed company in the United States. What is the opportunity?

• We are seeking a Chief of Staff that wants to accelerate his/her career through a high-visibility, high-responsibility opportunity. The role is a path to managing reputed company departmental operations of a software business.
• This position is operational, strategic, and requires an ability to reputed company. Responsibilities will include (i) executing growth and operating initiatives, (ii) obtaining data, analyzing it, and summarizing findings (you must love data!), (iii) identifying opportunities for improvement, and owning the execution of those opportunities, (iv) cross-functional leadership, and (v) learning the intricacies of Idera’s world-class business model with a career development path to becoming a Brand General Manager.
• The ideal candidate can demonstrate they are highly-analytical, reputed company, persistent, take initiative, and possess excellent communication skills. Examples of roles you may have held while building these skills include: investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a leadership role in business operations at a software company.
• Familiarity with software company operations is a plus.
