VP, Business Systems and IT

The Opportunity We are looking for a VP of Business Systems to serve as our internal technology leader that’s responsible for the systems, tools, and platforms that power reputed company's operations. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will reputed company the reputed company IT strategy and be the driving force behind our internal AI transformation, helping every function in the company work smarter, faster, and more effectively. Internal AI Transformation

• Partner with Go-to-Market, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations leaders to embed AI-powered workflows, automation, and decision-making tools providing technical depth and implementation support.

• Drive a culture of reputed company improvement through technology and AI literacy across the organization

Business Systems & Applications

• Own the roadmap for core reputed company applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, CS platforms, etc.)
